Both homes are in a quiet Memphis neighborhood (ZIP 38133), about 20 to 25 minutes from downtown and Beale Street via I-40, and about 10 minutes from Shelby Farms Park.
How many guests can stay?
Each home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Check-in is self check-in with a door keypad.
Why book direct instead of on Airbnb?
You get the same homes and the same hosts, without the Airbnb service fee. You also deal with us directly. See how much you save.
Do you allow pets?
We love all fur babies, but unfortunately we cannot accept pets at this time. Service animals are welcome.
Is there parking?
Yes, both homes have free parking. The Luxury Retreat also has a covered two-car garage.
Is there Wi-Fi and a place to work?
Yes. Both homes have Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door, so they work well for work trips.
Can I stay for a month or longer?
Yes, stays of 28 nights or more are welcome. Email or call us for long stays.
Who can book?
The primary guest must be 25 or older. At this time we host out-of-state guests only, not Memphis-area residents.
What are the house rules?
No smoking or vaping, no parties or events, quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a maximum of 6 guests.
Are your homes good for families?
Yes. Each home has a fenced backyard, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, outlet covers, and room-darkening shades, and Shelby Farms Park is about 10 minutes away.
